The church building sizes are taken from documents and testimony presented to the DuPage County Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) and the DuPage County Plat Committee by the petitioner.
The pictures clearly show that the size of the church buildings are out-of-scale with the surrounding neighborhood and will definitely have an effect on property values and the expectation of the homeowners when they purchased their homes in a residentially-zoned area.
